Frequently asked questions

Which devices does Daytitude support?

Daytitude runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.

Do I need an account to use Daytitude?

No. Daytitude requires no account, no email registration, and no login. You can open the app and start using every feature immediately.

Where is my data stored?

All of your data — routines, values, attitudes, contexts, and schedule configuration — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on our servers, and the app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

Is my data backed up, and how do I move to a new iPhone?

Daytitude does not run its own sync service. If you back up your device through iCloud or to a computer, your Daytitude data is included in that backup, and restoring the backup onto a new iPhone restores your data with it. This is handled entirely by Apple — we have no access to your backups.

How do I delete my data?

Because your data lives only on your device, deleting the Daytitude app removes it. If you would like to clear your content without removing the app, contact us and we will walk you through it.

I found a bug, or something is not working.

Please email support@daytitude.com with a description of the problem and the steps that led to it. Screenshots are very helpful. We will confirm receipt and let you know when a fix ships.

Can I request a feature?

Yes, and we would like to hear it. Send your idea to support@daytitude.com.

How do I ask a privacy question or make a data request?

Email support@daytitude.com. Because Daytitude stores no personal data on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to export or erase on our side, but we are happy to answer any question about how the app handles your information.
